Added a new Michael chapter ("Burned Bridge").
Added the first Sybil story chapter ("Glitch"), which means that all character banners can now be enabled.
Fixed a bug that meant multiple copies of "This is Fine" would only provide a maximum of 2 Usable Heat per turn.
Corrected the descriptive text for the "Turned On" card. This does not affect the card's behavior.
Removed the photo album button from banners that shouldn't have it.
Added a one-time +1 Heat bonus to the "Visor" card.
