This route is straight forward, register at Elena (the reception) to train at the gym when Nao is nearby. While training, talk to Nao until you unlock Nao's Personal Training program.
Then talk directly to Nao in the morning to start Personal Training. It's expensive (750 Gil) so start working to make enough money.
